Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Mondays, weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

UK Shipping Rates and Estimates

After your order has been shipped it will usually take 2-5 business days to arrive.

In-store pickup

Our in-store pickup hours are 11 am to 7 pm from Tuesday to Saturday and from 12 pm to 5 pm on Sundays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. The final price you pay at checkout includes all duties, taxes and fees. Prices are shown in your local currency. If you encounter any problems during checkout or if you are charged any custom fees please send us a message and we will sort it out for you.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email in the UK, or 20 business days in the rest of the world, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We aim to give you a personalized online shopping experience while reducing the number of returns for a minimal carbon footprint and a greener planet. 🌱

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number. We currently do not offer return shipping labels but in the case of an exchange or store credit, we will send you the new item free of charge. We do not refund shipping fees and we do not charge return fees either.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Please note that all our products are made of natural leather and that means that creases will form as you wear your shoes, and slight changes in colour are also to be expected. Please read the care instructions that have been sent with your shoes carefully and they will last many years.
