We aim to give you a personalized online shopping experience while reducing the number of returns for a minimal carbon footprint and a greener planet. 🌱
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. While we are not able to offer free return labels, if you want to exchange for a different product or size, we will send you the new item free of charge. We offer return labels from the US for 25 USD.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number.

Damages and issues
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@mafaldahandmade.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to make it right. 🤍
Final Sale Items
We are not able to accept returns on final sale items. If the shoes you bought on our SALE page don't fit you, we are happy to exchange them for you, but we cannot accept returns for items purchased on our final SALE page.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, if approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. We do not refund shipping fees. We process refunds within 14 days of having received the products back.
