Returns and Exchanges

If you are unsure about your size or the style you might want, please get in touch via email, whatsapp or instagram chat as we'd love to help you find the perfect pair of Mafaldas - we will usually answer within one hour. 🚀

We aim to give you a personalized online shopping experience while reducing the number of returns for a minimal carbon footprint and a greener planet. 🌱

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. While we are not able to offer free return labels, if you want to exchange for a different product or size, we will send you the new item free of charge.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number.

Damages and issues

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@mafaldahandmade.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to make it right. 🤍

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We do not refund shipping fees.
